Fans called on Katie to ‘show her true self’ after comparing her to artificial intelligence
Many urged Katie, 46, to ditch the use of image filters and “show the real you” as she promoted a natural body scrub and face mask.
The mum-of-five’s jaw looked uplifted, her face wrinkle-free and radiant as she showcased the product.
The snap, which saw her posing in a beauty shop, shows her brunette locks pulled back from her face in an updo and her plump pout flashing into a smile.
Katie wore a cozy red jumper and gray hoodie, giving the item a boost in her cheeky caption which read: “Who wants to take a bath with KP?”
However, fans were quick to react to her new look.
One took to the comments section and pleaded: “Really show the real you.”
Another posted: “But it’s not you, it’s just a photoshopped random picture.”
A third said: “She filters every photo since surgery,” while another simply added: “AI.”
One follower remarked: “New face, who’s that?
“No really, who is it?”

Previously, fans called out a “painful” detail in her latest shot.
The plastic surgery fanatic flew to Turkey last month for another round of procedures.
She also recently had her lips filled and had an injection this week.

2021 – In a complete body overhaul, it is decided to lift the eyes and lips, liposuction under the chin, fat injection into the buttocks and liposuction of the whole body
2022 – Katie undergoes another brow and eye lift – and undergoes Belgium’s ‘biggest’ breast lift, her 16th in total.

Katie’s latest procedure, known as butterfly lips, involves the use of surgical tape and the injection of fillers to keep lips excessively large and turned upwards in a butterfly shape.
In a video posted on social media, she saw her new pout for the first time while going to a coffee shop.
