Looking happier than ever, the mother-of-five told her followers: “Now everyone, I’ve done my face and my lips were missing.
“They look perfect. I’m so happy the way I look. I’m happy.
The only thing I’m not happy with now is the bum. I lost weight. So Ellie checked my ass.
“That’s the next thing to fill out. Fine, bold, plump, plum wine.
“But I much prefer my lips. They are full.”
The former glamor model has spent over 500k on plastic surgery and it looks like she has no plans to slow down anytime soon.
Katie’s latest procedure, known as butterfly lips, involves the use of surgical tape and the injection of fillers to keep lips excessively large and turned upwards in a butterfly shape.
Just last month, the plastic surgery fanatic flew to Turkey for another round of procedures, including a facelift and breast reduction.
But Katie later admitted she feared she might have died on the operating table after a psychic gave her a chilling warning.

During an appearance on Greatest Hits Radio, she said a psychic once predicted she would die peacefully in her sleep, which her sister Sophie, 34, said could be related to her being under anaesthetic.
Although the encounter took place years ago, Katie admitted that reliving the experience with Sophie on her podcast made her anxious about having another operation.
She said: “It kind of triggered something in my head. And I thought, ‘You know what? Imagine that,’ because I’ve been put to sleep so many times and it sticks in my mind.
“If I have surgery again, what if I go to sleep because you’re sleeping. And I think it’s related to something in my brain, that’s what I was saying.
“But yes, I do… I have to sort out the body dysmorphia stuff.”

1998 – Katie underwent her first breast augmentation, changing from a natural B cup to a C cup. She also had her first liposuction
1999 – Katie had two more breast jobs that same year, one that took her from a C to a D and then to an F
2006 – Katie went under the knife to get her breasts up to a G cup
2007 – Katie had a rhinoplasty and veneers on her teeth
2008 – Katie stunned fans by reducing her breasts from an F cup to a C cup
2011 – Returning to an F cup, Katie also underwent body contouring and cheek and lip fillers
2014/5 – After a nasty infection, Katie had her breast implants removed
2016 – Opting for bigger breasts again, Katie got another set of implants, along with implants, botox and lip fillers
2017 – After the disastrous ‘threading’ facelift, Katie had the veneers replaced. She also had her eighth breast surgery which took her to the GG Cup
2018 – Katie went under the knife again for a facelift
2019 – After flying to Turkey, Katie had a face lift, eye and eyelid lift, Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck
2020 – Katie has her 12th breast job in Belgium to correct botched surgery and a new set of veneers
2021 – In a complete overhaul of the body, it is decided to lift the eyes and lips, liposuction under the chin, fat injection into the buttocks and liposuction of the whole body
2022 – Katie undergoes another brow and eye lift – and undergoes Belgium’s ‘biggest’ breast lift, her 16th in total.
2023 – Opting for a second rhinoplasty, Katie also gets a lip lift at the same time, as well as a new lip filler throughout the year
2024 – Katie has her 17th tit job in Brussels after revealing she wants to downsize. She performed at Dublin Pride just days later, with surgeons warning that the lack of recovery posed a risk of infection
