DOUBLE bankrupt Kate Price has been kicked out of her ‘Mucky Mansion’ after being served with an eviction notice.
The property in Horsham, West Sussex, has been a bomb site for years as it was burgled, flooded and fell victim to an overflowing septic tank.

An eviction notice addressed to Katie, 45, is now reportedly affixed to the fence outside her 8,000-square-foot, nine-bed pile.
The letter, seen by The Sun, reads: “The court has issued an order or order for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the applicant.
“The order gives the district court bailiff the power to evict you and hand over possession to the applicant.”
The notice, issued on April 24, said all residents of the house would be evicted at 10 a.m. on May 29 and warned them to vacate the property with their belongings before that date.
The penniless mother-of-five was declared bankrupt for the first time in 2019 due to unpaid debts of £3.2million.
She was declared bankrupt for the second time in March due to unpaid tax of £761,994.05.
The payment request was made to HMRC last October.
She was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court last month but didn’t turn up – instead holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater.
She is due back in court to testify about her finances on May 14.
Katie paid £1.35 million for the house back in October 2014 when she bought it from Tory peer Francis Maude.

Recently, her ex, Carl Woods, used the garden as a vehicle yard for his used car sales business.
According to experts, if it was in good condition, the model could fetch double what she paid – which is £2.7 million.
But at best he could be worth £1.5m, it has been suggested.
This is despite Katie hosting her own Channel 4 show, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion, and attempting an ambitious renovation.
In the same month, she was seen live on stage ranting about ‘Mucky Mansion’ and her bankruptcy troubles.
But it seems Katie is determined to keep it up as she gave an inspirational speech at an event.

Appearing with the moderator, the star was honest with the audience about the problems she has faced in her life so far.
“You’ve followed my life, my journey, I tell it like it is. Yeah, I’m broke,” the My Mucky Mansion star explained.
“But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it from me.”
The former Celebrity Big Brother star insisted she has more to offer despite her fame, that there is more potential left in her and that she is rebuilding her brand from the ground up.
“I think when you get there, then there’s another chance, you grow and you grow, I failed in my eyes,” Katie said.
“What I’ve been through now, I’m back at the beginning and I’m going to grow again.”
Last month The Sun reported that Katie Price had decided to move north for a fresh start and be closer to Kerry Katona, her friend of 20 years.
