Now Katie, 46, showed off the results of her facelift once again as she made her way to production readings.
She sported a casual haircut as she arrived at rehearsals for the gala performance with her boyfriend, former MAFS star JJ Slater, 32.
The former Eurovision Song Contest hopeful wore a khaki hoodie and matching tracksuit bottoms as she puckered up her huge lips.
Her black locks were tied back in a messy ponytail while her beau wore complimentary clothing from his own brand, Fully Blessed.
They held hands as they stepped out together in trainers, while Katie kept her belongings safe in a quilted black leather shoulder bag.
Next month she will star in Cinderella at Northwich Memorial Court in Northwich, Cheshire, from December 8.

“She’s been told not to but she doesn’t seem to be listening … Kerry also smokes so they keep coming in for breaks when they can – but Katie can’t resist a few cheeky smokes inside.”
Smoking in closed public spaces and in the workplace became illegal when the smoking ban was introduced in 2007.
Although the rule does not include vapes, smoking e-cigarettes in music and sports venues could land you with a fine of up to £5,000.
The law also applies in airports or on planes, while driving, in hospitals and on public transport.

2016 – Opting for bigger breasts again, Katie received another set of implants, along with implants, botox and lip fillers
2017 – After the disastrous ‘threading’ facelift, Katie had the veneers replaced. She also had her eighth breast surgery which took her to the GG Cup
2018 – Katie went under the knife again for a facelift
2019 – After flying to Turkey, Katie had a face lift, eye and eyelid lift, Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck
2020 – Katie has her 12th breast job in Belgium to correct botched surgery and a new set of veneers
2021 – In a complete overhaul of the body, it is decided to lift the eyes and lips, liposuction under the chin, fat injection into the buttocks and liposuction of the whole body
2022 – Katie undergoes another brow and eye lift – and undergoes Belgium’s ‘biggest’ breast lift, her 16th in total.
2023 – Opting for a second rhinoplasty, Katie also gets a lip lift at the same time, as well as a new lip filler throughout the year
2024 – Katie has her 17th tit job in Brussels after revealing she wants to downsize. She performed at Dublin Pride just days later, with surgeons warning that the lack of recovery posed a risk of infection
