Katy Perry’s dog Nugget has a new look!
On Saturday night, the “Electric” singer, 39, shared before-and-after pictures of the poodle on her Instagram Story. There are no captions on the pictures, but Nugget’s cuteness speaks for itself.
The previous shot shows the dog sitting on the back of an armchair, with a curly coat of golden fur that looks wild and overgrown. In the next photo, Nugget looks impeccably coiffed – she even has a little bow around her neck.

Celebrity pets traveling by private jet, yacht and more
The dog may have a famous mom, but she’s a star in her own right. In 2017, Nugget appeared alongside Perry in her commercial for Citi’s Double Cash card. She even released a statement about her performance.
“I’ve traveled from stage to stage with Katy, but it’s time to take my solo career to the next level and ride my own tail. I am as happy as a hound dog chasing a hose truck to launch this new campaign with Citi,” Nugget said in a statement at the time. “It’s finally putting me on the pedestal where I belong.”

In 2018, Nugget made headlines for a more horrifying reason when Perry’s assistant Tamra saved the dog’s life using CPR.
“Nugget jumped and fell off the bed and became unresponsive and I gave her CPR. I pushed her little chest and blew into her mouth and brought her back to life,” Tamra explained in one of the clips on Perry’s Instagram Story at the time.
These famous pets have their own Instagram accounts — and some have over 500,000 followers
Nugget also co-starred with Perry in her 2019 music video for “Small Talk”.
In the video, the pop star and her fur baby dress up together, and Nugget – wearing pearls and a pink collar – competes in “The Mutt Ball” show.
