Siddiq Kapan

Siddiq Kapan is an Indian journalist and columnist. In 2020, he was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh government under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) when he went to Hathras to report the gang rape of a 19-year-old Dalit girl by four men in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh.
