However, Gulati denied the allegations, saying Nagar seemed “stressed” and complained that she “deliberately ignored” his orders to attend the meeting. For the past two years, my sister Reema Nagar and I have been living in a single room in UT (Chandigarh). I have requested them many times to give me the house but they have not given it to me. It is very difficult for two women to live in one room and we are facing a lot of problems for this. I have filed a case against Sunil K Gulati and several Chandigarh Police personnel in Case No. 3573 of 2019 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate. Our lives are being threatened during the lockdown. Hereby, I request the audience to submit my statement in the CJI court in case of loss of life or loss of trace”.
