In real life I never had any issues with it looking like it, but on camera it looks like the weight has increased 7x. In connection with this, I will tell you something. At that time, I felt pressure after seeing myself. I look terrible. Due to the pressure, I didn’t eat anything for two days. I only had juice and some fruit. I feel very uncomfortable. I want to tell you that there is no easy way to lose weight. There are no shortcuts. Keeping my mother’s words in mind, I prepared a meal chart every two hours. I didn’t eat much.

- In an interview, she talked about the early days of her career in television when she fell victim to the casting couch. She said,
The industry has changed a lot, but one thing that hasn’t changed is working in exchange for benefits. This happened to me when I had started auditioning and by chance I got offered the South Project. Everything was finalized, but when they gave me the contract, they added some conditions and asked me to compromise. I was confused because I had only heard of such an incident, but when it happened to me, the ground shook beneath my feet. I declined their offer but their words affected my mental state”
- After Ankit Gupta was evicted from Bigg Boss 16, Kaushiki took a dig at the makers of the show and said:
I saw him being among the top 5 contestants but with his eviction, Bigg Boss proved once again that you don’t need unnecessary fights or arguments to compete. It’s such a shame that someone like Ankit, who remains calm even in the most difficult times, was kicked out by his roommate. I don’t know why Bigg Boss left this decision to the housemates, why not let the audience decide who should stay in the game? If the producers and housemates want to decide everything, then why should the audience participate in the show? In my opinion, the most deserving person in the game has been evicted, which is the most unfair decision ever. “
