Keke Palmer is ready to change things up!
The actress (31) has put her lavish New York penthouse in the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn on the market for $2.999 million.
According to Realtor.com, the asking price is about $500,000 more than what Palmer paid for the three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home when she bought it in July 2020.

According to the listing, held by Douglas Elliman’s Monica Novo, the 1,482-square-foot apartment is located inside a full-service building equipped with porter and concierge services, as well as a private gym, loft lounge, children’s playroom, bike room, cold storage and rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city.
Paris Forino designed the apartment with state-of-the-art finishes, including an open kitchen with custom oak cabinetry and Italian countertops and a backsplash of arabescato corichia natural stone.

The room has a suite of Bosch appliances, including a five-burner hob and fully integrated fridge with ice maker, Marvel wine coolers and Kohler taps.
The listing goes on to explain that the home has spa-inspired bathrooms outfitted with Waterworks fixtures, Toto toilets, and lacquered vanities with natural stone countertops.

The Palmer House listing comes at a busy time for the multi-hyphenate, who has released her new book Master for Me: The Secret to Controlling Your Narrative on Tuesday 19.11.

She shared with PEOPLE ahead of its release that she’s “excited to get this book out into the world because I know we’re all dealing with the same things.”
“We’re all trying to love ourselves and learn ourselves,” she said. “This book is my honest revelation of how I stay afloat and my hope and desire is not necessarily even to ‘help’ readers, but to share with them.”
