Kelly Jackson is an American writer, former model and producer. She is the mother of famous American actors Talia Jackson and Armani Jackson.

Kelly Jackson was born on Sunday, August 16, 1970 (50 years old in 2020) in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. She attended South Gate High School. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying sociology. She lived in Madison with her husband, but after the divorce, she moved to Los Angeles with her children. She worked as a professional model for many years and traveled to more than 20 countries during her work. She has appeared on the covers of magazines such as Vogue Mexico, Novias Mexico, Chic Diva, and Joy Magazine.
She is also associated with the Screen Actors Guild. She is a producer of the film A House of My Own.
She also produced the documentary More Than Just a Miyagi: The Pat Morita Story (2019).

In 1992, she married former University of Washington basketball star Trent Jackson. After seventeen years of marriage, the couple decided to separate and divorced in 2009.

- She was good friends with Jim Doyle (American lawyer, politician, member of the Democratic Party, and former 44th Governor of Wisconsin) and his wife Jessica Laird Doyle. Jim and Jessica named their daughter “Talia”.
- Kelly met Trent while studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
- She often talked about the discrimination she suffered as a black wife. When the “Black Lives Matter” movement was launched in the United States, she also actively participated in it to seek justice for African Americans who suffered racial discrimination.
