Khloé Kardashian’s daughter True helps her mom with her workout.
On Tuesday, Kardashian, 39, took to her Instagram Story to share several clips of her little girl, 5, standing on a sled at the gym while pushing it back and forth.
Dressed in all black and a baseball cap, the Good American co-founder got down to business while True told her mom when to stop pushing the equipment in the videos.
“When children don’t have school…”, the reality star wrote.
True joined her mom at the gym on Tuesday.

True eventually had enough and stripped down to the weight-laden gear, while Kardashian continued her workout while Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” played in the background.
Kardashian, who also shares 19-month-old son Tatum with ex Tristan Thompson, returned to the gym after having to miss the 2024 People’s Choice Awards on Sunday due to a migraine.

The Kardashians the star was honored with the award for reality TV star of the year for the sixth year in a row at this year’s ceremony, and on Instagram she revealed the reason for her absence and thanked her fans.
“I can’t believe I won People’s Choice again. I really, really can’t. I’m so incredibly grateful,” Kardashian began in the first of two videos shared Monday. “This makes no sense to me,” she added.

She went on to say that this was her sixth time winning the honor: “For the first few years I thought it was a fluke, people were complaining about me. It was like of course it could be a mistake. I don’t know, but this is my sixth year of winning and it’s kind of hard for my brain to understand and I don’t feel worthy.”
Kardashian admitted that she felt “terrible” that she didn’t end up attending. “I just want to say why I wasn’t there last night. I suffer from really extreme migraines… nothing else could have stopped me from being there last night, so thank you guys,” she said in another video.

In addition to Kardashian’s honor, her family’s Hulu series also won Best Reality Show at the ceremony, something the mom of two called “so special” and shared that she was “so grateful” for it.
