After Culkin, 41, was announced as the winner – after winning the Golden Globes and Critics Choice Awards in the past eight days – he took to the stage to tearfully thank his mother “for giving me my life and my childhood, which was great.” . Thank you for that.”
Culkin also thanked his “beautiful wife,” Jazz Charton, “for sharing your life with me and for giving me two amazing children.”
“And Jazz, I want more. You said could beif I win!”, he concluded with a laugh, while Charton (35) laughed and clapped from her seat.

Culkin reprized his role as Roman Roy in the final season Successionshowing the fall of a typically sassy character into a battered place both physically and emotionally.
The actor talked about creating chemistry with his co-star J. Smith-Cameron, speaking to Associated Press“It’s nice to work with that lady, I mean, look at her… it’s a pleasure. I’ve been friends with J for almost 20 years. I was very excited when she got this role, which I believe was originally written to be a man.”

“It feels like [chemistry] the thing just happened by itself and grew,” observed Culkin. “She’s a wonderful partner in the scene and she’s fantastic to work with.”
Succession dominated the 2023 Emmy nominations with a whopping 27 nominations this year.

For the last season of the series Breaking Bad spinoff Better call SaulOdenkirk is back as the titular criminal-turned-lawyer Saul Goodman.
“Everyone has been asking me how I feel about saying goodbye to Saul Goodman and Better call Saul, and I’m not good at answering that question,” the 61-year-old actor said after the series finale, “because it’s honestly hard for me to watch that experience, or even that character, too closely. There are too many moving parts, and they fit together beautifully, and it’s a mystery to me how that happened in the first place.”
Except praise SaulCo-creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, Odenkirk shared his gratitude for the fans’ support over the years.
“Thank you for giving us a chance. We came out of what may be the most beloved show ever and they could hate us for simply trying to make a show,” he said. “But we didn’t. We got a chance and we hope we made the most of it. Thank you for sticking with us.”
Odenkirk was previously nominated five times in this category for his role in Better call Saul. The series is also poised for outstanding drama series, with Odenkirk actress Rhea Seehorn receiving a 2023 nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

Cox played media patriarch Logan Roy Succession for three seasons and as many episodes until the character’s shocking death at the beginning of the last season of the HBO series.
The 77-year-old actor, who was previously nominated three times in the same Emmy category, opened up about how the show’s success was linked to how it held up a mirror to society.
“I think it’s a brilliantly observational show of our time,” he said Party tonight. “The man who plays an obscenely wealthy media tycoon on TV added: “Especially because the world is getting richer on the one hand [and] becoming a hell of a lot poorer on the other side.”
Cox revealed what he will miss most while working on it Succession: “It’s the cast. I’m going to miss the cast and crew, the cameramen, we’ve got great cinematographers. We’ve got to have some great DPs. So, you know, that’s the whole point.”

In the first season of Old manbased on the novel by thriller master Thomas Perry, Bridges played Dan Chase, a retired CIA agent who emerges from seclusion to discover that old enemies are still out for blood.
When asked if his character is trying to find his true identity, the 74-year-old actor said at an FX FYC panel in June, “Aren’t we all? I certainly am, especially in these times. You don’t really know who you are until you’re tested somehow.”
“I think these times are testing us all. And Dan Chase gets very tested,” Bridges added of the character, per Diversity. “He’s a CIA guy doing CIA work, pretending to be someone else. He acts for a living, man.”
“The script gives you more and more balls to juggle,” he continued with a laugh.

Strong, 45, returned as Kendall Roy in the show’s final season Succession. After the finale aired in May, the actor spoke openly about saying goodbye to the character.
“It was hard for me to watch what he was going through last night, because it became very real to me and in some ways it is no different from myself,” he told vanity fair. “This was a matter of life and death for me. And I took it as seriously as I take my own life.
“When you do that, the whole world turns against it, and that’s more important to me than anything else in the world,” Strong continued. “But then when it’s over, it’s, it’s like steam. So I feel very detached from that. As an audience member, I feel like I’m watching someone else.”

Pascal, 48, plays the lead role The last of us as Joel, a surrogate father figure on a mission to deliver 14-year-old Ellie (Bella Ramsey) to scientists in hopes of saving a post-apocalyptic world.
The two stars formed a close friendship off screen. “I couldn’t have asked for a more affectionate, generous, thoughtful teenager. And I don’t mean that in a patronizing way,” Pascal said during the course Diversity‘s Actors on Actors talk to Beef star Steven Yeun.
He continued: “I relied on Bell for so much experience. We were both scared and shy about it, but Bella just inspired me to be mature about it.”
