Kim Kardashian Details Her Workout Routine — and Reveals the Exercise She Isn’t a Fan of: ‘I Hate These’

Kim Kardashian is kicking off 2024 with some seriously impressive workouts.

On Friday, the SKIMS founder gave her social media followers a glimpse of her latest workout routine on her Instagram Story, as she shared a series of gym videos.

Wearing a bare sports bra, black workout pants and a pair of workout socks, Kardashian, 43, stood in front of a mirror in her first video while lifting a barbell loaded with weights.

“Leg day RDLs,” she captioned the video, referring to the Romanian deadlifts she was completing, while tagging trainer Senada Greca.

Kardashian then gave a glimpse into Greca’s workout style in the caption of a video that showed her lying on her back doing knee curls with a roller.

“@seneca.greca always tells me to slow down, but here I really couldn’t. These curly tendons are killer!” she wrote.

In the third video, the founder of SKIN by Kim gave fans some fitness tips for the New Year. Working her legs on a weight machine in the video, she wrote: “This year we are going to use bigger weights. Set small fitness goals and stick to them.”

However, Kardashian admitted that there are some exercises that she does not like and she is not afraid to admit it.

Kardashian then highlighted the workout steps, which she described as “deadly” but “must-do” in her video caption. This recording was followed by the last one, in which she performed “standing cable abductions”.

The mother-of-four’s latest workout posts come after she shared a serious workout session with her sister Khloé Kardashian on her Instagram Story earlier this week.

“Working out with @khloehardashian really does it for me 😝,” the reality star captioned the video.

This time dressed in all black, The Kardashians star deadlifted with her impressive back muscles on display as her little sister gave her some words of encouragement.
