The SKIMS founder said the workout was part of trainer Senada Greca’s “28-day challenge” and that she got an “overview” of it. She also noted that working out was “only 20 minutes a day,” though she added that she doesn’t “always listen to her lol.”
Greca shared on her Instagram stories that Kardashian “finished strong” at the end of her workout and that the challenge is going live on Monday.
