Kit Kat has a new flavor just in time for the holidays.
Hershey’s announced that it launched a new Kit Kat chocolate-glazed donut flavor on Friday — and it’s here to stay. The chain said the new candy will be permanently added to their lineup.
Hershey’s likened the taste to “the experience of biting into a fresh doughnut” with layers of “smooth milk chocolate” on top of “doughnut-flavored cream.” The Kit Kat itself takes on an ombre color with a classic dark chocolate brown top, which fades to a light brown reminiscent of a donut.

The new flavor will be available nationwide in standard and large sizes, just like the brand’s other flavors, including Mint + Dark Chocolate, Birthday Cake and Strawberry + Dark Chocolate.

Hershey’s introduced a limited edition of churro-flavored Kit Kat bars over the summer. It also introduced a limited edition blueberry muffin candy last year.
