Kourtney Kardashian Barker is enjoying her first Mother’s Day as a mom of four.
The Lemme co-founder, 45, was showered with flowers by her husband Travis Barker for the occasion on May 12, their first since welcoming son Rocky Thirteen in November.
Travis, 48, also paid a sweet tribute to his wife on Instagram, calling her “my best friend and partner”. “Our kids are so lucky to have you,” Travis continued in his Mother’s Day post. “Thank you for filling our home with love, laughter and joy. I love you forever and ever my wife @kourtneykardash ❤️.”
“🥹🥹❤️ I love you forever and ever my husband,” Kourtney wrote in the comments section.
Travis’ tribute was accompanied by several adorable photos of Kourtney with their baby boy, including one of them cuddling together in bed.

The carousel also featured a photo of Kourtney holding Rocky’s tiny foot and footage of the pair cuddling on a boat.
In addition to filling their home with huge bouquets and breathtaking displays of white and pink roses, Travis also treated his wife to a movie night “under the stars and the moon,” and Kourtney shared a clip of their set as they watched the 2014 film. Mixed on her Instagram stories.
The drummer is also the father of son Landon (20), daughter Alabama (18) and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya (24) with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Kourtney has sons Reign Aston (9) and Mason Dash (14) and daughter Penelope Scotland (11) with ex Scott Disick.

On his Instagram stories, Landon also paid tribute to Kourtney with a sweet post that read: “Happy Mother’s Day @kourtneykardash thank you for being so kind to me and treating me so well I love you ❤️.”
The post included a photo of Landon posing with his father and Kourtney at the couple’s gender reveal party last June.
After Kourtney gave birth to her fourth child, PEOPLE exclusively learned that Travis is “obsessed with their baby boy.”

A source told PEOPLE that Travis “was amazing” and noted how “he brings her favorite, healthy foods to the hospital.” The insider added: “He makes sure she has everything she needs.”
As for the Poosh founder, a source shared that she’s “stressed about her son’s arrival, adding, ‘Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end.’
“She is happy that she can now cuddle her baby boy,” they added The Kardashians star, noting that she “feels so blessed.”

The couple – who tied the knot in 2022 – revealed they will be welcoming a baby boy during a sex reveal celebration.
Kourtney announced her pregnancy news earlier that month while holding a handwritten sign at her husband’s Blink-182 concert.
Weeks before welcoming their baby boy, Kourtney addressed the “medical emergency” she underwent after emergency fetal surgery. On Instagram, she posted a photo of her hand entwined with her husband’s and added that she is “eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from the tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock”.
