Kranti Prakash Jha is an Indian actor and model. He is popular for his role as Santosh Lal in the Bollywood film MS Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016).

He started his career as a theater artist. He joined Alok Ulfat’s troupe “Avikal”. Later, he joined Maneesh Verma’s “Worship of Actors” troupe and acted in the play “Aao Saathi Sapna Dekhen”. He has performed in more than 150 theater productions. He has starred in various TV commercials for Hyundai Accent, Panasonic, Nokia, Pepsodent and VIP. In 2011, he made his acting debut in the Bhojpuri film Deswa.
In 2013, he played a small role in the Bollywood film “Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela”. His other films include MS Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016), Mithila Makhaan (2017), Ganga Kashi (2018) and Batra House (2019 Year).
In 2018, he played the role of Swami Ramdev in the TV series Swami Ramdev – Ek Sangharsh.
He appeared in the 2019 popular music video “Chhath”.

- In an interview, he said that his father wanted him to become an IPS officer. He further said,
12th ke baad Bihar ke student ke paas jyaada option nahi hote. Ya to Doctor ya Engineer ya phir Delhi ja ke UPSC exam(IAS/IPS) ki taiyyari, to humne bhi waisa hi kiya”, I appeared for the UPSC exam.
