Kunal Khemu was born on 25 May 1983 in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India (40 years old; as of 2023). He completed his education from Niranjanlal Dalmia High School, Mumbai and completed his graduation from Amity University, Noida. He was inclined toward acting since childhood. He was a member of the school theater group and received various awards for his performances in plays.
Kunal started his career as a child artist at the age of just 4 years old with Doordarshan TV’s “Gul Gulshan Gulfaam”. He made his Bollywood debut in 1993 with Mahesh Bhatt’s Sir. Khemu rose to fame in the 1990s with her performances in films like “Zakhm”, “Bhai”, “Raja Hindustani” and “Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke”.
At the age of 14, he gave up his acting career to concentrate on his studies.
