Kyle Richards Gets Real About a Major Thing People ‘Completely Ignore’ About Her Relationship with Morgan Wade

Kyle Richards highlights a key detail amid her and Morgan Wade rumors.

During a question and answer session on Amazon Live, the 54-year-old The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star cleared up speculation surrounding her relationship with the country singer.

The television looked at the photos of the duo in Paris that may have appeared on the Internet and how the public misinterpreted their date. She said that she was hired to produce Wade’s documentary and that nothing happened contrary to rumors of anything romantic.

“Morgan is very talented. We were in Paris filming a documentary that you’ve probably heard about online,” Richards explained. “There are so many things on the Internet. I wonder, why do people just make things up, make things up about travel? They see that there is a camera there, and they completely ignore that there is a camera.”

This isn’t the first time she and the singer have scoffed at relationship rumors.

In the music video for Wade’s single “Fall In Love with Me,” the pair turned up the heat as Richards played her sexy neighbor. They could be seen taking a bubble bath and feeding each other fruit. Wade and Richards teased fans as they almost locked lips before the camera cut to another scene.

However, in an interview with PEOPLE earlier this summer, Wade denied that anything else was going on.

“We are friends,” she said then. “The Internet is a stupid place.”

Elsewhere on the live stream, the reality star revealed she’s excited to see her estranged husband Maurici Umanski compete in season 32 Dancing with the stars.

Mauricio Umansky Says Wife Kyle Richards Is Excited About His ‘DWTS’ Run As He Hits Paris With Pal Morgan Wade

She answered a fan’s question about whether or not she plans to attend the live taping of the show: “Yes, I’ll be there cheering Mauricio with my girls. I feel like he’s going to be great.”

“He’s very excited,” Richards added. “He’s really, really enjoying it, so I’ll definitely be there cheering him on.”

Earlier this month, Umansky stopped by Good morning America along with his Season 32 co-stars where he shared how Richards and their daughters reacted to his casting.

“They were so excited,” Umansky, 53, said of his family. “My girlfriends, my wife, they’ll all be there [to see me dance]. And we’ll have a good time.”

Back in July, PEOPLE confirmed that the couple had separated after 27 years of marriage.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while, but they still live under the same roof,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. “They have remained amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

Richards first met Umansky at a nightclub in 1994. At the time, Richards was divorced from her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, with whom she had a daughter, Farrah Brittany (née Aldjufrie), 34. The couple share three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23 and Portia, 15.

Season 32 of Dancing with the stars premieres September 26 on ABC and will air on Disney+ and Hulu.
