Kylie Kelce is starting to shape what her family’s Christmases will look like for years to come.
Speaking to PEOPLE about the holiday season and her partnership with Honey Baked, the mother of three, 31, discussed starting a tradition with husband Jason Kelce and their daughters — Bennett, 8 months, Elliotte, 2, and Wyatt, 3.
“It’s fun because we’re in the process of building them right now because our kids are younger,” she tells PEOPLE.
“We’re an Elf on the Shelf family. I’d say we’re a minimal effort Elf on the Shelf family though,” laughs Kylie. “Our elf’s name is Emmy Nemi, as in M&M. When Wyatt couldn’t say M&M, she made it up, so now her name is Emmy Nemi.”
“Some nights she makes a snowman out of toilet paper, and other nights she just moves to another shelf in the living room. That’s about all we can handle,” Kylie admits.
The family also enjoys cutting down their Christmas tree as they prepare for the holidays.
“Neither of us did that as kids, so it’s fun to add that to the mix,” says Kylie. “You get to ride the tractor for a bit and go pick your tree in the field and then dad can lay on the ground and cut it for us. So it’s fun.”

As for holiday plans, the family Christmas will be delayed by a day, as Jason and the Eagles will play the New York Giants on Christmas Day.
“We’re actually going to celebrate Christmas on the 26th,” Kylie tells PEOPLE. “Luckily for us, our girls can’t read a calendar yet, so we’re going to take full advantage of that and pretend Christmas is December 26th. And I mean, top to bottom, presents and all, December 26th.”
She hopes all three girls will be up to cheering on their dad during the Christmas game.
“The plan, right now, is to take the girls. I always say the plan is to take the girls, because if there’s a rush, we can make other arrangements for them – whether it’s because of the weather or they’re just not into it. But they’ve talked about coming back game, so that’s the plan now.”

Honey Baked Ham Company
The holiday season is all about wish fulfillment, and for Kylie, that means watching her family “enjoy each other’s company.”
“My biggest wish is that we can enjoy each other’s company with absolutely delicious food, which I think is always an advantage of the holidays,” she says.
“I think some people are a little too caught up in receiving gifts and I just want to receive ham,” he laughs. “I think it’s so much fun to get together around a meal and enjoy it together that it’s a real bonding experience. You’re not on your phones. You don’t have any outside distractions. You can sit there and just enjoy each other’s company and each other’s time.”
She continues, “Honey Baked really gives us a chance to eat a delicious meal. I think it’s pretty obvious that most people in our family are very busy and running around, so those are moments that we really, really appreciate.”
