An extra day in February means there are especially fun food deals.
In honor of Leap Day, restaurant chains are offering free and discounted food on February 29. Here are all the places celebrating:
Burger King: Through March 1, customers can get a free Whopper or Impossible Whopper. You must make a purchase of $3 or more and order in the BK app or on bk.com to receive the offer. While this freebie is really in honor of Wendy’s “dynamic pricing” announcement, it falls on the right day regardless.
Chipotle: Guac is no extra charge today for Rewards members. To get a free side dish or guacamole topping with the purchase of an appetizer, simply use the code EXTRA24 when ordering online or via the app.

Dunkin’: If you use Dunkin’, you can get a $2 medium cinnamon vanilla coffee on February 29th. Offer valid only for Rewards members who order through the Dunkin’ app.
Insomnia Cookies: Satisfy your sweet tooth with one free cookie when you buy a six-pack. The celebration of Leap Day lasts at the place of cookies until March 3rd.

Krispy Kreme: The donut chain announced that it is marking February 29 by selling a dozen glazed donuts for just $2.29 with the purchase of any dozen at regular price. Additionally, all customers celebrating their birthday on February 29th can provide proof and will receive a free dozen glazed donuts, no purchase necessary.

Marco’s Pizza: Pizza lovers can score 29% off all pizzas from now until March 3rd. Plug in the promo code LEAP29 to get the offer.
Smoothie King: Beverage lovers can enjoy a 29% off smoothie when they spend at least $15 on the restaurant’s app.

Wendy’s: Fast food eatery celebrates Leap Day with a sweet breakfast. The brand’s new Cinnabon Pull-Aparts will be free to customers at Wendy’s restaurants during breakfast hours. Simply order in person, online or via the app.
Wings and Rings: Customers who purchase 10 wings receive five additional wings for free on February 29th. There is a limit of two orders per customer and the promotion is only available for takeout and in-store orders.
