You can always count on Lenny Kravitz to bring his rock star vibe to every red carpet.
He did just that at the 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards on Thursday night in Palm Springs, California.
The “American Woman” singer wore his hair slicked back, showing off large black sunglasses that framed his face perfectly.

Kravitz, 59, brought daughter Zoë Kravitz out to the academy’s gala at the museum in December, demonstrating the fact that tailoring runs in the family.
Wearing all black with some futuristic shades, the singer complemented Big little lies star’s elegant copper brown floor-length dress as they posed for photographers.
The younger Kravitz sported short bangs with her hair pulled back and clutched a black clip to accentuate her polished look. Her father, meanwhile, was dressed in a bare-chested tuxedo jacket and appeared to be carrying his black bag with his arm around his daughter.

Kravitz loves plunging necklines and sported a similar look at last year’s Oscars. To perform during the In Memoriam portion of the ceremony, he swapped his tuxedo for a ’70s-inspired silk jumpsuit on the Oscars red carpet. Kravitz’s Saint Laurent ensemble featured a plunging silk top that accentuated his toned chest and wide-leg pants with a wide belt.
He paired pointed black boots with baggy trousers and completed the groovy look with a pair of black sunglasses and a string of silver chains and a large silver crucifix.

Kravitz, who was named Fashion Icon at the 2022 CFDA Fashion Awards, told Highsnobiety last May that he owes a lot to his late mother, Roxie Roker, for supporting his love of fashion growing up.
When he first arrived on the music scene in the 1980s, those around him weren’t too sure about the style that would eventually help cement him in the zeitgeist. He told the outlet, “My friends said, ‘Your mom is going to freak out.’ We were all nervous.”
Despite his friends’ concerns, Kravitz said his mom looked him over “from head to toe” before telling him, “If you’re going to wear that skirt, you need to change them.”
Kravitz continued, “One thing about my mother, she never judged anyone. She just loved.”
