A HOTEL guest has described how he saw Liam Payne’s tragic final moments before his fatal fall from a balcony in Argentina.
Brett Watson from Chicago also stayed at the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires and claims to have had “multiple encounters” with the former One Direction star, even taking pictures of him in the lobby.

Watson, 34, said he remembers the moments before and after Liam Payne’s tragic fall on Wednesday afternoon.
Asked what was going through his mind, Watson told ITV News: “It didn’t feel real.
“You almost had to pinch yourself to understand and process what you were seeing, but it was just an out-of-body experience, surreal.”
An American guest took a picture of the singer in the hotel lobby earlier in the day.
He is shown lying on a sofa and using his laptop to check email.
The picture of Liam on his laptop is understood to have been taken at 4.26pm local time.
Watson said he saw Liam become “very frustrated” and “smash his laptop in the lobby”.
Another witness said at the same time they saw Liam becoming “upset” with an email on a laptop screen.
The witness, known as Rebecca, claims he shouted “fuck this s**t mate” before smashing the laptop on the ground, Mail Online reports.

Liam’s fatal fall happened around 5 p.m. The police were called to the hotel at 5:04 p.m., and after the arrival of the ambulance at 5:11 p.m., he was pronounced dead.
Watson said he and others saw Liam “causing a commotion” minutes before he died.
He told ITV that Liam appeared to have “passed out” in the lobby before he “had to be physically carried back into the room”.
He said: “We’re here with a few other guests at the hotel and we were in the lobby just waiting for some people to arrive and then we had multiple encounters with Liam.
“Several times [Liam] went down to the lobby, he was causing a disturbance, they kept following him back to his room.”
Tragically, Watson said after the incident in the lobby, he returned to his room, two floors below Liam’s, and minutes later saw the fatal fall from his window.

A 911 call from hotel staff on Wednesday revealed they needed “emergency” police officers to help with a guest who was “behaving erratically.”
Recordings of the front desk manager’s 911 calls show them reporting “a guest destroying everything in his room.”
In another call for help, the receptionist said: “We urgently need to send someone because I don’t know if the guest’s life is in danger.
“They must be in the room that has a balcony. And well, we’re a little worried that he’s going to do something, that he’s going to risk his life.”

Officers investigating Liam’s tragic death have reportedly spoken to two key witnesses who may have been the last to see him alive.
Argentine prosecutors say two women who were allegedly with Liam Payne the night before his untimely death have now given statements.
Both women are believed to have then left the CasaSur Hotel without him after waiting for the Briton in the lobby on Wednesday, Argentinian news outlet Infobae reported.
Although police have not given any indication that she was involved in his death, the women could help determine what happened hours before.
There is no indication that women could be involved in any way in the fatal fall of the star.
Investigators reportedly seized a bottle of whiskey, a lighter, a phone and a notebook found in the pop star’s apartment, according to Infobae.
Disturbing pictures have emerged showing white powder, burnt aluminum foil and a smashed TV screen in Liam’s hotel room.
Several photos show the interior of the luxury apartment of the former One Direction singer in the luxury hotel CasaSur Palermo.
They appear to show traces of white powder and burnt aluminum foil in the bathroom and living room.
A green lighter and a container of Dove soap are also found on what appears to be an untidy desk in the junk room.
