LIAM Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy has revealed why she left Argentina just days before the singer’s tragic death.
The couple traveled to South America earlier this month to watch Liam’s One Direction bandmate Niall Horan perform in the country and, while they were out, extended their stay.

After two weeks away, the American actress (25) revealed that she was ready to leave and decided to return home.
She explained on TikTok: “Honestly, I love South America, but I hate staying in one place for too long. And we were supposed to be there for five days, it turned into two weeks.
“I just thought, ‘I have to go home.'”
Ahead of her flight to Florida, Kate said she developed a “weird rash” due to her “anxiety” about the flight.
However, all went well during the trip where she happened to be sitting in ‘1D’.
She added: “I was so happy to be home. It was such a relief.”
Glamorous Kate appeared in the last photo Liam shared on social media minutes before his death.
He appeared topless while they were getting ready for a selfie together in the mirror.
The model also snapped the One Direction star as they rode horses together in the countryside before her departure.
Liam could be seen wearing casual clothes while sitting on a horse in the TikTok picture.

In the caption of the shot, Kate wrote: “I’m so grateful for the simple things in life.”
Liam tragically fell from the third floor of a luxury hotel in Buenos Aires on Wednesday afternoon.
The singer-songwriter stayed at the CasaSur hotel in the Palermo district.
Witnesses said Liam smashed his laptop and had to be carried back to the room after a strange incident earlier in the day, TMZ reports.

In a Snapchat taken days before his death, but shared just minutes before the balcony fall, the singer showed off his food and detailed his plans to play polo.
He filmed Kate having breakfast, revealing that they were staying at a friend’s place together.
In the footage, Liam can be seen saying: “This is the breakfast table, I’m just enjoying my breakfast and coffee even though it’s 1pm.”
In the background, Kate could be heard joking that the couple were “losers” for staying up so late.
Liam was first linked to Kate in October 2022, before making their first red carpet debut together two months later.
In March 2023, Kate accompanied Liam to the premiere of the documentary All of Those Voices, filmed by his One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson.
She shared pictures of herself and X Factor star Liam at the event and told her followers: “What a crazy eye-opening experience!”
Liam’s relationship with Kate followed the end of his engagement to model Maya Henry.
The pair ended their romance in June 2021, before reuniting later that year. But they discontinued it for good in May 2022.
