Lizzo styles it for Thanksgiving!
On Friday, November 29, the singer, 36, took to Instagram to post photos of herself looking chic in a skin-tight orange dress – amid her recent weight loss – as she celebrated Thanksgiving at home.
“Yall weren’t the only ones eating yesterday 😮💨,” Lizzo joked in the caption.
In the clip, the “Special” singer raised her phone to take a selfie while standing in a dressing room wearing an orange off-the-shoulder maxi dress with a large floral print by Hanifa, which retails for $184, with her hair up in a braided crown.
Lizzo also shared a close-up photo and video of herself in a carousel post showing off her make-up look, which consisted of a brown smokey eye, rose pink blush and bare lips.

In an earlier post, the “It’s About Damn Time” hitmaker gave followers a glimpse of her well-prepared Thanksgiving meal in a funny video as she sang a line from the film adaptation of the musical Wicked.
“Watch me defy gravity on this bitch green and turkey wings 😫,” Lizzo captioned the clip, referencing the lyrics to “Defying Gravity.”
The video clip began with a zoomed-in shot of creamy mashed potatoes in a white bowl placed on the kitchen island. The camera then panned across the table to show more cooked macaroni and cheese dishes laid out on a silver platter, followed by sweet potatoes and various meats, including slices of turkey.

Lizzo then appeared in the frame as she stood by the edge of the island next to the dishes. She then sang a line from Cynthia Erivo’s character Ephaba in Wicked loudly before stopping and bowing her head, laughing.

Lizzo’s Thanksgiving posts come as she has continued to document her weight loss journey in recent months on social media.
Two days before her vacation, the singer posted a video of her exercising in the gym in preparation for her vacation on TikTok.
“I’m getting ready because I’m definitely eating 3 plates tomorrow 🤪,” she captioned the clip.
The video shows a sweaty Lizzo dressed in a black suit and black sweater as she does lunges in what appears to be her home gym. She then appeared in the next clip doing squats while holding a pair of dumbbells and using a medicine cabinet.
Back in September, the musician responded to an Instagram follower who asked if she was taking Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription drug for people with type 2 diabetes, in an attempt to lose weight.
She included a video of herself smiling for the camera in a carousel post, cheekily captioning it, “When you finally get Ozempic charges after 5 months of weight training and a caloric deficit.” The clip was also soundtracked by Christoph Waltz’s popular TikTok sound Django Unchained saying, “It’s like a reward”.
