The “Truth Hurts” singer, 36, shared how her hard work at the gym paid off in a TikTok video posted on Thursday, September 19.
In the video, the four-time Grammy winner shows off her physique as she continues to document her fitness journey for herself and her fans. Lizzo wore black underwear from her brand Yitty’s in the “before” clip, then cut to the “after” clip in a gray Yitty bodysuit.
Lizzo accompanied the transformation video with the viral TikTok audio of Nicki Minaj saying, “The fact that you’re even discussing my looks is insane. I’m a bad bitch, I’ve always been a bad bitch.”

The “2 Be Loved” singer captioned the post with “good both ways 😮💨.”
She followed up the video with another video in which she showed off a gray bodysuit while dancing and singing along to No Doubt’s “I’m Just a Girl.” She wrote: “No need for a bra or panties @YITTY.”

The videos come a month after Lizzo shared a look at her fitness routine at the gym. In an Instagram video, she showed herself completing arm exercises with what appeared to be a lat pull-down machine.In another shot, she could be seen in a sleek purple one-piece while kneeling on the floor and performing quick, powerful moves.
She captioned the video with words of encouragement for fans, writing, “If you’re reading this… remember you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to! Stay focused, you got this 💪🏾.”

Lizzo has previously spoken about her commitment to fitness in 2023, saying she decided to work out to keep up with the demands of her high-energy live shows and stressed she’s “not trying to escape fat”.
“I have a very high-performing job,” she said. “For 90 minutes a night, I have to do choreography, I have to sing, I have to dance, I have to rap and I have to play the flute. And I have to emotionally challenge the audience in very tight clothes, sometimes clothes that restrict my breathing.”
