Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton Relationship Timeline

Cameron and Lauren – who became the show’s first couple to get engaged – celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in November.

“I feel like a flash,” Lauren told PEOPLE exclusively at the time. “Even though I know some people who have been married for 50 years, they’re like, ‘Five years? That’s nothing. That’s just the beginning.’ But we feel so blessed and happy.”

The couple marked the occasion with an intimate vow renewal at the Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. While there, they even made time to see Usher perform during his residency.

Reflecting on what it’s been like to spend half a decade together, Cameron added: “Five years is both a long time and not a very long time. At the same time, it’s really a matter of perspective. I mean, it went really fast, but then there were moments in whose marriage took a lot of work. You have to put in a lot to get to a good place, which is what I love about this place.”

The fan favorites said they are also planning to return to the TV screens.

“We’re definitely planning our return to TV. We’re hearing people clamoring for us to host. And I think that would be a really wonderful thing. I’d really like to help couples find love in this unconventional way, not necessarily Love is blind, but maybe our own format. And I really love that idea of helping people find love,” Cameron said.
