A TEENAGER has been charged with murder after a 48-year-old mother was found dead outside her home.
Cheshire Police were called to an incident at a house in Phoenix Place, Warrington on Tuesday morning.

Chintzia McIntyre’s mom was pronounced dead at the scene. The police then launched a murder investigation.
The late mum’s neighbors were shocked by the news of her death and described her as a “lovely” woman.
A local woman told The Sun there was a “horrific scene” when police arrived on Monday.
Police confirmed Thursday that a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with murder.
The boy appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Thursday. He did not plead guilty.
The 17-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Liverpool Crown Court in November.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Detectives investigating the death of a woman in Warrington have charged a 17-year-old boy.
“The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested on Tuesday, August 29, and has since been charged with murder.
“The charge relates to an incident to which police were called at around 9.40am on Tuesday August 29 in Phoenix Place, Warrington.
“Chintzia McIntyre, 48, was seriously assaulted and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.”
