Mahipal started his kabaddi journey by participating in local tournaments in Rajasthan and has played in different cities in Rajasthan including Bikaner, Ajmer and Jaipur . In 2020, Mahipal represented the Rajasthan Kabaddi team in the 46th National Youth Kabaddi Championship held in Rohtak, Haryana. The following year, Mahipal qualified for the 2021 Rajasthan K7 Kabaddi Qualifiers and won the gold medal on behalf of the JSG Warriors in the finals of the event.
In 2022, he represented the Rajasthan team at the India Khello Youth Games and then represented the Rajasthan Police Kabaddi team in the 69th Senior State Kabaddi Championship and won the gold medal in the championship finals.
In the same year, Mahipal Sinwar was selected by the team “Aravalli Arrows” to play as a left-hand attacker in the Yuva Kabaddi summer series. He played in 3 games and scored a total of 33 points, with a surprise hit rate of 72.09% and a tackle success rate of 40%.
In 2022, Mahipal Sinwar was acquired by Lucknow-based team ‘UP Yoddhas’ for Rs. The Pro Kabaddi League Season 9 will be attended by 8.78 lakh people. He played in 5 games, scored 11 points, and shot 42% on raids. He was selected in the New Young Player (NYP) category.
In the same year, he represented the Rajasthan Police in the 71st All India Police Wrestling Cluster Championship (Kabaddi) and won a gold medal.
