The club did not suspend him while the investigation is ongoing and he remains on full salary.
It has now emerged that the weather police have handed over a file of evidence to the National Prosecutor’s Office, who will now decide whether he should be charged.
The development comes after the footballer was interviewed under caution last year due to an alleged sexual offense involving a third woman.
He is still under police investigation for these alleged sexual offenses between 2021 and 2023.
The star then returned to the police station in November last year after a fourth woman filed a rape complaint.
He was first detained in July 2022 after police raided a home in north London.
His first alleged victim, in her 20s, claimed she was raped during a break in Med in June.
She escaped from the five-star resort where she was staying and flew home to her friends and family, they say.
The woman is understood to have spoken to police on her return to the UK and shown photographs which she claimed showed bruises on her body following the alleged attack.
After his initial arrest, he was later arrested again on suspicion of two more reported rapes in April and June 2021.
Police later dropped the June charges.
Metohija police said: “Weather officers are investigating a number of reports of alleged sexual offenses between 2021 and 2023.
“The entire file has been passed to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and detectives are continuing to work with prosecutors.
“Those who have come forward to the police continue to be supported by Met officers.”
