After this performance I was selected for the World Championships, but we couldn’t go because we didn’t have sponsors. Then in 2012, I went with my own money. The Go Sports Foundation also helped me at that time; I am still grateful to them and proud that I am still connected to them. This is how my international para-badminton journey began and I have now won around 47 medals at the highest level. It has been a long journey and now I am part of India’s first Paralympic badminton team. “
He won the men’s doubles gold medal at the 2015 BWF Para Badminton World Championships. In 2016, Manoj won a silver medal at the Irish Para Badminton International Championships. He won the men’s singles silver medal at the Thailand Para Badminton International Championships. Won silver medal in 2017.
