The actress, 33, attended the SAG-AFTRA rally from the Netflix studios to the Paramount studios in West Hollywood on Wednesday. SAG-AFTRA — the union made up of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists — announced a strike in July — halting Hollywood productions — after failed contract negotiations with the Guild of Motion Picture and Television Producers.
Robbie previously said she would “absolutely” be open to a strike during an interview recorded by Sky News ahead of SAG-AFTRA’s announcement on Barbie premiere in July.
“I strongly support all unions. I’m part of SAG, so I would absolutely stick with it,” the actress added.

“This is a very big deal and it has weighed heavily on us. At some point you have to say no, we’re not going to take it anymore,” Drescher said.

Colin Farrell, Sarah Silverman, Kate Flannery and Jamie Lynn Spears walked the SAG-AFTRA strike line back in July, while many stars, including George and Amal Clooney, Dwayne Johnson, Oprah Winfrey and Julia Roberts, have donated large sums to the program emergency financial assistance from the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.
Film and TV stars Cynthia Nixon, Pete Davidson and Wanda Sykes were also seen holding “Writers Guild of America on Strike” signs in May.
