The Family plan the actor, 52, was spotted showing off his toned body while enjoying a day at the beach during a tropical holiday in Barbados. He and his family arrived in the country just before the Christmas holidays to get some rest and relaxation, according to The Daily mail.
In photos taken of the star, she could be seen walking to the shore after a quick swim in the ocean wearing black swimming trunks and black shades. He was also seen wearing a black watch on his left wrist and some black bands on his right.
Wahlberg decided to go shirtless for the beach outing, putting his muscular frame on full display in the shots – something the actor worked towards even while on holiday.

In an Instagram video he posted earlier this week, he could be seen at the gym showing off his clothes that were “down” along with his toned abs and arms after appearing to finish a workout. In the caption for the video, he told his over 27 million followers that he hasn’t taken “a single day off” and encouraged them not to “wait until the new year” to get in shape.
Wahlberg previously told PEOPLE in September, while promoting his week of workouts at F45 Studios, that his mindset has changed when it comes to staying in shape, saying, “it used to be about aesthetics” and “now I want to live a long time.”
He said he’s even incorporated exercise into his morning routine, which starts at 4 a.m. with food, prayers and meditation, and “then I’m in the gym and it’s all over.”

The Uncharted The actor said that despite thinking about skipping the gym “almost every day,” he also knows he’ll be in much worse shape if he avoids his daily routine.
“I know what it’s going to feel like afterwards. That’s hard to replicate,” Wahlberg said.
“If I’m cutting corners, then I can’t be at my best,” he added. “Everything I’ve done, everything I’ve been successful at, has been done by doing work.”

He even extended his new exercise ethic to others, giving a message of support to people who may be unsure about starting an exercise routine.
“I encourage everyone, even if you just exercise for 10 minutes, you will feel better. We are all very lucky and blessed. You want to live as long as possible,” he said. “You want to be you can move and you definitely have to do it.”
