We love the new Married at First Sight UK series. The new episodes only started last week, but we’ve already seen a lot of fantastic moments and sparks between (some) of our couples.
But the British version of the reality show, which airs nightly on E4, has decided to mix up its format and add some new brides and grooms. The new singles, like other couples, will meet at the altar for the first time. But will heads turn with the newcomers added to the fold?

Let’s meet the new brides and grooms joining Married at First Sight UK…
The new groom
JJ
JJ is a 30-year-old fashion label owner from Essex. The self-confessed “mum’s boy” wants to make his mum proud on his wedding day and hopes to dispel the “Essex boy” stereotype. He has also been described as “a big softie and a hopeless romantic at heart”.

Jordan
Personal trainer from Sheffield, Jordan, is a 26-year-old hoping to meet the bride of his dreams one day. He is described as a “complete socialite”, but lacks a life partner with whom to share his life experiences.

Evaluation
Thirty-six-year-old Mark lives in London and works as a customer service manager. Mark is looking for Mr. Right at the altar and describes himself as a “fashionist”. He’s also experienced his fair share of pain and turmoil and hopes the experts will consider him happily ever after.

Matt
Matt, 26, is from Harrogate, works as a window cleaner and is a keen sportsman. Matt has been single for a year and says he’s ready to find the perfect person.

Sean
Sean, 31, is from Durham and works as a shop manager. Sean says he is fashion savvy, fun loving and very career oriented. Sean said that coming out to his friends and family later in life meant he felt he lost the years he could have spent navigating the gay scene. Now, Sean puts his fate in the hands of experts.

New brides
Adrienne
Adrienne, 26, is a Project Support Officer from Cumbria who feels like she’s run out of options when it comes to dating. She is mobile, independent and hopes to find someone who can match her level.

Bianca
Bianca, 29, lives in Buxton and is an expert in hair extensions. Bianca is described as glam, strong and career-oriented. But now, she wants to put love first.

Erica
Erica, 25, from Edinburgh, enjoyed a career as a dancer before becoming a teacher and social media host.
