Megan Thee Stallion didn’t come to play!
The rapper, 29, took her sexy sense of style on stage at the 2024 BET Awards on June 30. Nominated for four awards at this year’s show, Meg opened the show at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles emerging from a cracked snake’s egg with confidence before belting out a tune of her hits.
The “Savage” artist wore a metallic green and gold thong latex bodysuit with a chest bra and shin-high vinyl boots as she opened with “Hiss” before urging the audience to “come out with the ‘hot girls’.”
The champion on the ladder was joined by dozens of auxiliary dancers in identical clothes. She transitioned into “Boa” — another of her snake-inspired tracks from her recently released studio album, MEGAN.

Meg is nominated for Best Collaboration and Video of the Year for “Bongos” with Cardi B, Best Female Hip-Hop Artist and BET Her for “Hiss.”
She has been nominated for a total of 13 BET Awards in her career and already has six wins under her belt at this year’s ceremony. She took home her first trophy of 2020 for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist. He is also slated to open the evening’s show with a performance, kicking off what promises to be a very steamy night.

Megan Thee Stallion shares update on her healing journey: ‘I’m definitely on my way to a better place’
Regardless of the night’s outcome, Megan Thee Stallion has plenty to celebrate right now. She is currently in the middle of her Hot Girl summer tour. She’s about to finish the North American leg of the tour before heading to the UK and Europe, and she just dropped her latest album Megan June 28.
In the May interview with L’OfficielThe “WAP” artist said she was “tapping into other sounds” for this album, her first since 2022. However, she assured fans that it will still be her.
“I’m not going to feel like I went that far left. That will feel true to me,” she said. “You’re almost like, ‘I didn’t think you’d rap over that, but this sounds great.'”

The musician has also shown off her sense of dramatic style while touring and promoting her album – including rocking orange hair just a few days ago. She showed off the vivacious shade on Instagram while teasing her album, and paired her new hairdo with a matching outfit.
She captioned another Instagram, “Hot Girl Summer,” further showing off the look, which featured curled bangs, space buns and long orange locks.
