‘Merry Swiftmas!’: Illinois Home Decorated with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce-Themed Light Display

It’s starting to look a lot like “Swiftmas” in Illinois!

Homeowners Amy and Ryan Scott of Naperville were so inspired by Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert film that they decided to dedicate their holiday light display to the Grammy-winning star.

“I went out [the Eras Tour concert film] saying two things. Number one: ‘I want bangs,’ and number two: ‘We can do this for our display,'” Amy told CNN of the elaborate scene the couple put together with the help of daughters Rebecca and Emily.

Scott’s screen — shared via the @tswifthouse TikTok account — features a life-size model of Swift wearing a Santa hat, a cardboard cutout of her boyfriend Travis Kelce, and countless lights strung across the property.

The tree in front of the house is wrapped in Eras Tour-style friendship bracelets that read “hope,” “joy” and “peace,” while glittering displays of the singer’s album covers are spread along the front porch.

The Scotts shared two videos of their decorations via TikTok, one set to the sound of Swift’s “Cruel Summer” with the caption, “Can you tell we love Taylor?! Come see our lights in Naperville, IL!”

The following clip features the single “Lover” and a message to people “Stop by if you haven’t already!! MERRY QUICK CHRISTMAS.”

The decorations created a buzz in the Naperville neighborhood with fans lining up to see the spectacle and even a local tour bus pulling up, according to CNN.

“We didn’t expect all of this,” Amy’s husband Ryan told CNN, while Amy added, “It was crazy, it was great.”

Amy and Scott’s daughters Rebecca and Emily were invited to help make their mom’s vision a reality, telling CNN, “We got out of the car after driving three hours from college and my mom said, ‘Okay, let’s go put on the Christmas lights.’ ”

“It’s really fun to be a part of,” added Emily and Rebecca.

Scott’s neighbors also pitched in by handing out and exchanging Eras Tour-style friendship bracelets.

“We had all the girls in the neighborhood make friendship bracelets to pass out,” Amy said. “So they shared that love and kindness with everyone.”

On Monday, a source told PEOPLE that Kelce, 34, believes his relationship with Swift, 33, is “the real deal.”

The source added that the relationship is getting stronger because they both appreciate the achievements in their careers.

“They’re both really hard workers, and he recognizes that her art is hers and he has what’s his,” a source told PEOPLE. “He understands the territory that comes with their relationship and as he said, he doesn’t let any of the hype get in the way of their development together.”
