While speaking with her sister Brandi Cyrus for Spotify’s Billions Club series, the 32-year-old singer recalled her performance of “Party in the USA” at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards — when she infamously danced on stage with a pole attached to a wheelchair. ice cream — created.
