Mohammad Kaif is an Indian cricketer who plays for Bangladesh in the domestic circuit. He is also popular for being the younger brother of famous Indian fast bowler Mohammad Shami.

Mohammed Kaif aka Md Kaif was born on Tuesday, December 10, 1996 (27 years old; as of 2024) in Sahaspur Ali Nagar, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, India. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. As a teenager, he tried out for the Uttar Pradesh youth team several times; however, he failed to qualify for any team. In 2016, he moved to Kolkata and started playing cricket for the local club. He has played for different clubs, including Town Club, in multiple editions of the Bangladesh T20 Challenge. In 2020, he scored 58 runs off 24 balls in a T20 match, including 6 fours and 4 sixes.

He was selected for the Bangladesh Under-23 national team in 2019. Mohammad Kaif made his debut for Bangladesh in the 2020-21 Vijay Hazare Trophy against Jammu and Kashmir on 27 February 2021. He made his debut in First Division (FC) cricket for Bengal on 5 January 2024 against Andhra Pradesh in the 2023-24 Ranji Trophy season. While representing Bangladesh in the domestic tournament, he trained under the guidance of Laxmi Ratan Shukla.
