THIS is the moment of prohibition. Katie Price jumped out of the driver’s side of her car in front of officers – before being swapped with a friend.
The reality star, 45, was caught on camera leaving her gold Range Rover at an M&S petrol garage in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Price was fined £880 in absentia today
She could be seen walking past officers on the forecourt to enter the shop – before her passenger returned and got into the driver’s seat instead.
Price ignored court as she was found guilty today of driving without insurance and without a valid driver’s license.
The former glamor model was fined £880, as well as a £352 victim surcharge and £620 court costs – a total of £1,852.
She was also given eight points on her driving license – bringing her total to 11 – but was not banned from driving.
Northampton Magistrates’ Court was told that Price was banned from driving for two years at the time after overturning her BMW in a crash.
PC Harrison Beverley was outside M&S with a colleague when he saw the star get out of the driver’s seat.
He said he recognized Price as a “media personality” and reported her because he believed she was disqualified.
CCTV footage shows her walking past the officers with a male friend as they enter the shop.
After they leave the store, Price’s friend gets into the driver’s seat of the Range Rover instead.
Prosecutor Cheryl Burridge said: “Officers on patrol were stopped at the service station when they saw the vehicle approaching the petrol pumps.

“She started the vehicle. At that point the officer recognized Miss Price.
“The vehicle was a gold Range Rover. She gets out of the gas station and a man gets into the driver’s seat.
“The vehicle activated an ANPR camera and the photographs appear to show Miss Price driving due to her distinctive clothing.”
Price was banned from driving in December 2021 after a drink-driving crash in Horsham, West Sussex – her sixth ban in ten years.
She was also given a 16-week prison sentence suspended for a year, 100 hours of community service and ordered to attend 20 rehabilitation sessions.
The ban was reduced by 24 weeks last April after she completed a drink driving reduction course.
But Price reportedly had her driver’s license medically revoked a few weeks later – meaning she was not allowed to drive at the time of the latest offence.

DECEMBER: A six-month ban after three more points for speeding 83km/h in a 70km/h zone takes her total to 13.
AUGUST 2012: 12-month ban after failing to respond to two speeding tickets.
FEBRUARY 2018: Banned from driving for six months for failing to give details of the person driving her speeding car.
JULY: Questioned by the police because he sat behind the wheel while still under the ban. She says she thought the ban was over.
SEPTEMBER: Crashed her £63,000 Ranger Rover while allegedly on her mobile phone.
OCTOBER: Detained on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Spent the night in the cells.
DECEMBER: Indicted on DUI charges.
JANUARY 2019: Three months driving ban while banned.
FEBRUARY: Still three months after second driving conviction.
AUTUMN: He issues the sixth ban, this time for two years. Reduce to 18 months after appeal.
MARCH 2021: Driving boyfriend’s Range Rover. An administrative error meant that the extra six months were not added under the return policy. Interrogated by the police.
SEPTEMBER: Arrested after overturning a car
DECEMBER: Price banned from driving and suspended for 16 weeks
JULY 2023: Model caught speeding on A417 near Gloucestershire. The police also confiscated her Range Rover.
NOVEMBER: JP in Cheltenham convicts Price of driving without a licence.
JANUARY 2024: Mum fined for speeding on A417.
MARCH: Price was ordered to pay another fine and had more points added to her license after she was caught driving without a license or insurance.
Just last month, she was ordered to pay £398 in fines and costs after being convicted of speeding and driving a motor vehicle while disqualified.
The mum-of-five was booked for breaking the 70km/h speed limit on a dual carriageway in a black Infiniti FX50.
It comes as Price continues to battle bankruptcy after racking up debts of £3.2million.
She is fighting to save her so-called Mucky Mansion from foreclosure, and is next due in court in April.
Price is currently in a relationship with JJ Slater, who appeared in Married At First Sight.
The pair recently looked in love as they headed out for a night out at the O2 Country Music Festival in London.
