Four passengers ran into the back seat and one reluctantly climbed into the Hatchback boot.
Truman Hub hung his head through the rear passenger window when Dodds lost control and hit the lamp.
The 22-year-old was demolished when Hyundai crossed in November 2022 during horror in northern Tyneside.
Dodds, 25, has now been closed for 12 years and forbidden driving 13 years after being found guilty of declaring death a dangerous ride.
She acknowledged the guilt of a smaller accusation of causing death in a careless ride while being a drinking border across the border.
Today it was revealed that Dodds was a passenger in a car who participated in a fatal collision before his own horror collision.
She was also caught and later convicted of driving drugs in a separate incident after Truman’s death.
The recording has now been announced that Dodds was arrested outside her home after she fled from a place of horror.
One can see how he sobbed and repeatedly asks “who is dead” when the police tell her that she is holding on to the suspicion of causing her death a dangerous ride.
Dodds adds, “Please tell me who is dead.”
In a statement about the influence on the victims, Truman’s mom Rozalind Hub said that her “heart was dead” and that she could still hear her “cold screams” since the police told her that he had died.
She added, “Life is unbearable and I am not ashamed to admit that I was suicide and I thought many times during the day so I could end my life and be with my beautiful boy.
“Everyone knows how much I love all three of my son. Now it’s a fight because it will always be one of my dear boys.”
Rosalind also told that she felt hostile, anger and even hatred “towards Dodds for the” cruel cut of our son’s life so short. “
The Newcastle Crown Court heard that Dodds worked at the pub 19th November 2022, before going for a drink at 11.30.
She spent several hours at Whitley Bay at the Whitley Bay before picking up six of her friends to take them to a nightclub.
Prosecutor Andrew Espley said it was “significantly over the legal limit of alcohol for driving at the time.”
The jurors heard Truman, who entered the car with his girlfriend Lauren, hung out with a car as he approached the roundabout.
Dodds was driving “too fast in circumstances” with music that blew before it fell into the lamp.
The car switched to its passenger side and crashed Truman before stopping on the driver’s side.
Mr. Exley said Truman would probably not died not to hang out from the window.
But he told the jurors that the car had overturned “because of the dangerous way that Karl Dodds was driving.”
He added: “She was well limited to alcohol, the car was overwhelmed, there were seven people in it, one of them was in the boot and in any respect she knew that her car was overwhelmed and someone was hanging out the back of the rear passenger.”
A traveler who was pushed in the boot said he felt a rapture and then “everything seemed to be spinning or rotated” and hit his head.
Another friend said Dodds claimed it was “okay to drive”, but continued to accelerate despite the group asking to slow down.
Truman’s girlfriend Lauren said the music was “very loud” before the collision and that people sing together.
She said Truman put his head out the window, but she grabbed him and told him “stop acting like an idiot and pulling his head back.”
After the collision, the group said they were getting consciousness to find out that Dodds shouts “we have to go, we have to go” before she fled.
Mr. Espley said, “We say it would be obviously Karla Dodds, something happened to Truman Hub, probably seriously injured and left the scene with her friend anyway.”
The court heard that Dodds, who was almost twice as much as a drink limit for the drinks almost four hours after the collision, told the police that “the whole thing was a bit blurred.”
Dodds has now been detained in custody and will be convicted today.
