Moment Tyson Fury escorted from pub by Britain’s bravest bouncers before collapsing outside

THIS is the moment Britain’s ‘bravest bouncers’ escorted heavyweight Tyson Fury out of a pub – before the boxer collapsed outside.

The former British world champion – who lost his title to Oleksandr Usyk last month – was escorted out by two security staff on Friday night after having one drink too many in the Nowhere bar in Morecambe, Lancs.

The video shows the legendary boxer go down on his knees before hitting his head on a light pole outside.

Tyson, 35, worth an estimated £300m from his hugely successful boxing career, partied with friends and fans at the venue, which offers drinks for just £2.50 until 11pm.

But his night ended when staff decided he was too drunk, so staff gently coaxed the Gypsy King back into his £1.7m mansion, which he shares with wife Paris and their seven children.

A source close to Fury said the fighter had not had a drink in over a year, adding: “He had a few too many and wasn’t feeling too well.”

Some fight fans joked that Fury appeared to still be shaken from a ninth-round knockdown in a split decision loss to Ukraine’s Uysk after a video of Fury’s performance was released on social media.

Phil Stansfield said: “I can’t tell if he’s high or still feeling the effects of Usyk”.

Ady Leach added: “Usyk needs to give him another left hook in the bathroom.”

Louise Chaisty praised the door staff for their bravery, joking: “That doorman was absolutely terrified.”

Other Fury fans sympathized with the boxer as he enjoyed a break before fighting Usyk again later this year.

Bryan Long wrote: “Nice to see him ps***ing and enjoying himself.

“Something that some people do regularly goes to Tyson.”

Amy Greene added: “He was perfectly decent, no problems or drama.”

And Mark Rothwell said: “He did what we’ve all been broken at some point. He didn’t shoot, they helped him.”

Another video taken by a driver as she waited to pick up her son shows Fury crawling on his hands and knees outside the bar with his head on the pavement.

The woman said: “I heard a lot of shouting and commotion and then I saw Tyson crawling on his hands and knees in the street. He looked bad. Hopefully it was just a one-time blow for him.”

‘LEGEND’

Earlier, Fury enjoyed a drink as he chatted to fans at the Strawberry Gardens pub in Morecambe.

DJ Scott Shearing defended Fury and told how he was happy to take pictures with dozens of fans and even gave a young girl £20.

Posting a picture of Fury online, he added: “I’m sure you’ve all seen the video of Tyson Fury sending off out of nowhere on FB. Lots of people with lots to say.

“The man is a b**dy legend, a multi-millionaire, and yet he is just like you or me. He goes shopping, just like you.

He had friends from America and they couldn’t believe how down to earth and friendly he was. Win or lose you guys are legends in my eyes

“He goes to the pub just like you, maybe even gets drunk like you. I understand that he is a public figure, but he is only human.

“I take my hat off to him because wherever he goes people ask for photos of him when he’s out like everyone else to relax and unwind, he always obliges.

“He was at Strawbs Fri for a good few hours and everyone was singing and keeping to themselves.

“Many people asked to take pictures with him. He took the time to do it, in fact a young girl I know had her picture taken with him and he gave her £20.

“Man has a heart and feelings for the sake of God. He is a boxing legend regardless of his last fight, but he is proud to live in Morecambe and always mentions us.

TYSON FURY is one of the biggest characters in sports.

“Money and fame can bring their own problems when the temptation to have an excess of anything is there and available, whether it’s buying fancy cars, houses or going out drinking, it must be hard to deal with mentally.

“Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t turn it down, but your every move is the center of attention.

“He has his own demons with mental health and everything that goes with that, but let’s show the man some respect for his achievements and love for Morecambe.

“We should have a statue at prom celebrating him, not humiliating him at every opportunity!!!”

Sarah Middleton, whose daughter Jess was the lucky recipient of the money from Fury, added: “Couldn’t agree more! He was lovely with Jess on Friday… he kissed her on the head, punched her and gave her £20”.

Ian Marshall, who also met Fury, added: “I had friends from America and they couldn’t believe how down to earth and friendly he was. Win or lose you guys are legends in my eyes.”

Fury’s promoter Frank Warren has been contacted for comment.

Fury will face Usyka again on December 21.
