A MUM of two “who was never sick” died suddenly in her sleep after a night spent on the sofa watching Netflix.
Lucy Wilk put her nine-month-old son Theo to bed before spending a quiet evening with her long-term partner Michal Harabin.

During the night of July 28, a “healthy” 38-year-old man suffered a cardiac arrest – when the heart suddenly stops beating and pumping blood.
An ambulance was called, but Lucy could not be saved and was pronounced dead that morning.
The “love” parent, who recently bought his “dream home” in Plains, North Lanarkshire, leaves behind Michal, Theo and their eldest son Oskar, 12.
She was described as a “very special partner and mum” and “boys were her world”.
Michal, 43, told GlasgowLive how he and Lucy were watching Netflix before bed that night before his life was turned upside down.
“We planned to wake up early and go somewhere for a good breakfast,” he said.
“I woke up at 7am and heard Theo crying. There was no reaction [from Lucy] so I ran upstairs and she was unconscious [in her bedroom].
“I tried to wake her up, but she was unresponsive. I put her on the floor and started CPR while I waited for the ambulance to arrive.
“Doctors tried to resuscitate her for an hour, but she died of cardiac arrest.
– It’s such a shock for all of us.
Instagram influencer Larissa Borges, 33, died suddenly after a “double cardiac arrest” that left her in a coma
Lucy’s death came just a week after she returned to Scotland from visiting family in Poland with Theo.
She never smoked or drank alcohol and had no known health problems, according to her partner of 15 years.
Paying tribute to Lucy, Michal added: “I will miss every time we spent together, as well as her smile and laugh.
“She was a very special partner and mother, the boys were her world.
“We traveled a lot, almost twice a year, and she liked it.
“We loved exploring the culture and eating different foods.
“Her loss has had a huge impact on us as a family.”
A friend, Malgorzata Herner, set up a GoFundMe page to help the family “get over this heartbreaking loss.”
The money raised will help pay for Lucy’s funeral, which is on August 17, and help Michal with his day-to-day expenses while he takes time off work to care for the children.
The difference between a heart attack and a heart attack
Heart attack and cardiac arrest are similar but not the same.
A heart attack is when blood flow to the heart is suddenly blocked, usually by a clot.
Cardiac arrest is when the heart stops pumping blood around the body.
Both are emergencies and if you suspect you or someone else may have either, you should call 999.
