JESSICA Smith was having a heart-to-heart with her worried mum on the phone when she heard a terrifying scream.
The 31-year-old’s mother, Tracy, was just sent a video of her daughter having sex with her then-boyfriend, Dillan Billany.

Shockingly, the video was secretly recorded by bully Billany, 27, who sent the video to Tracy to humiliate his girlfriend.
Jessica, from Hull, East Yorks, was so embarrassed she couldn’t face her mum for weeks, but eventually plucked up the courage to confront Billany and ask him to delete the video.
In response, the beast cowardly attacked Jessica, breaking her arm and leaving her “scarred for life.”
Police later arrested Billany on charges of revealing a private sex film with intent to harass, assault by beating, causing grievous bodily harm and theft.
He pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to three years in prison in August.
Now that her attacker is locked up, Jessica is bravely sharing her story to alert readers to possible red flags in abusive relationships.
She said: “Dillan ruined my life. I always thought he would change but he never did.
“I want to encourage other survivors to find the courage to walk away as soon as they feel in control.”

When Jessica first met Billany in February 2022, she fell head over heels in love with his alluring charm.
But after three months of dating, his lovely personality started to change and he became abusive.
Embarrassed, Jessica would make up stories when her friends questioned her.
But as time went on, she says Billany’s aggression got progressively worse.
Terrified, she waited for him to fall asleep one night, then fled home in a taxi.
She added: “The next day he apologized… I felt I couldn’t live without him, so I decided to give him another chance.”
Sick video
As the abuse continued, her mom, Tracy, noticed something was wrong and approached Jessica.
She said: “I told her everything. She was so shocked and urged me to report him to the police.”
Tracy texted Billany about her concerns, but was sickened when he eventually responded by sending her a video.
“A couple of days later I was talking to her when she suddenly screamed,” says Jessica.
“She told me that Dillan had sent her a video of us having sex. I had no idea he had filmed me, I was horrified.”
After that, Billany called Jessica to apologize – but this time she didn’t accept and ended the relationship.
Several months passed before she ran into her ex on the street in February of this year.
She said: “He said he didn’t want to end up on bad terms and asked me if I wanted to go for a drink.
– I agreed, just to convince him to delete the video.
The couple went to a bar, where Billany showed Jessica the video. She begged him to delete it, but he refused.
Jessica got up and left in frustration, but Billany followed her. He then allegedly kicked her in the leg and spat in her face.
She subsequently reported him to the police and gave a statement.
But in March, Jessica received another text from Billany telling her he wanted to work things out.
She said: “I was desperate to delete the video, so I agreed.
“That day we met in a pub, where I knew there would be a lot of people.
“But Dillan started accusing me of being with other men.”
Billany stormed out of the pub and Jessica went home. Moments later, he ran towards her, before grabbing her right arm and twisting it onto her back.
He then pushed her to the floor and pulled her hand back.

She said: “I have never felt such intense pain. I felt like I was going to pass out.
“Dillan took my phone and house keys from my bag and ran.”
Passers-by called an ambulance, which later arrived and took Jessica to Hull Royal Hospital where she was treated.
A hospital X-ray showed that her arm was broken.
The next morning, Jessica underwent a three-hour operation in which surgeons inserted 12 screws, three wires and 37 staples into her arm.

It was five days before she was able to leave hospital, but Jessica admits the terrifying incident left her reeling.
She said: “I was afraid to go home, so when I was discharged I moved in with a friend.
“My dominant arm was broken, so I couldn’t do anything for myself like shower and get dressed.”
Billany was subsequently arrested and pleaded guilty to his charges at Hull Crown Court, before being jailed for three years.

Jessica was glad that justice had been served.
She added: “That’s nothing compared to the pain he’s caused me.
“I’ve been left with a nasty scar and can’t do the things I used to love, like swimming.
“But I’m a survivor and I want him to know that he’s not afraid of me anymore.”
