The reality star, 46, was served with an eviction notice in May amid her bankruptcy battle.

The house was repossessed after failing to pay two mortgages on the sprawling lot.

Price’s Mucky Mansion was then put up for sale earlier this month for £1.5 million.

Estate agents HJ Burt, who are handling the sale, have revealed that the full asking price has been received.

But other potential buyers were told they could still make an offer on the house “before the contract is exchanged or within the next seven days, whichever comes first”.

Katie, 46, will not see a penny of the income as the money will be swallowed up by the debts she has racked up on the Sussexes’ home.

The house comes with 12 acres of land and buyers have been warned that the property has been destroyed after tippers illegally dumped rubble on the ground.

A source told The Sun: “Despite all the issues with the venue, the asking price was a steal and a bargain.

“However, Katie will not benefit as all the proceeds will go towards paying off the mortgages she took out on the place.”

Buyers were advised to be on the lookout for the property.

The brochure told potential buyers not to fall into Katie’s empty pool and also warned that the land could be contaminated with waste.

The online ad states that the pad could be turned into an “impressive family home” after renovation.

Without mentioning its famous former owner, the listing described the property as: “A large detached family home comprising three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bathroom/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one bedroom annexe.”

It continued: “It offers the opportunity to renovate to potentially create an impressive family home with mature grounds, including the potential re-seating of the tennis court and swimming pool and improvements to the paddock and grounds.”

Katie Price – FOUR recent court battles

KATIE Price has had a fair run-in with the law. Here we will describe four of them in detail:

Katie – once worth £45million – moved into the mansion ten years ago.

But the block failed as her chaotic personal life and finances spiraled out of control.

In 2022, her attempts to renovate the house were featured in Channel 4’s Katie Price: Mucky Mansion.
