The neighborhood of northeast Portland merges with a mysterious man who leaves urine bottles in recycling cans, throwing tanks in the middle of the night.
Alex Van Duyn told Kata that he noticed that his blue recycling buckets had not been picked up. “So, I went to open a blue bucket. And here, there were a nice bottle in the urine of the size of the gallon, to make them clearly, and there were six,” Van Duyn told the socket.
He shared that the bottles were considered biohazal and would not pick them up. Van Duyn said he had moved the bins, but a mysterious man simply put the bottles in a bin of another neighbor.
Although the cameras at the door caught a video of a man riding and leaving the bottles, they failed to get a clear recording of the license plate.

Van Duyn told the socket that he warned the neighbors on the NEXTDOOR social media application, which encouraged some interesting theories: “Someone was like that may be [crime] The ring that they have abducted some people and are trying to get rid of their fecal matter in the most interesting possible way. ”
When he filed a police report, Van Duyn said he was told he was considered only a crime because urine was placed in recycling buckets and not in garbage cans.
“Human urine is usually not dangerous. It can be potentially dangerous if there is a visible blood or comes from an individual with an infection of the urinary tract,” says Cornell University. “As such, urine should be treated with universal precautions.”

Van Duyn said he put his buckets in different places “I just see if I could get a better video of him,” hoping to get a clearer recording of a man’s license plate with the camera. In the meantime, Van Duyn said, “Maybe watch, I don’t know. Please, stop. Please, just don’t do it anymore.”
