Daniel Neeson pays tribute to his late mother Natasha Richardson.
On Monday, Daniel (27) shared an emotional message on Instagram to mark 15 years since A trap for parents the actress’s death at the age of 45.
Alongside the stunning black and white photo, Daniel, who is the son of Natasha and Liam Neeson, wrote: “15 years since you left this plane forever. I look forward to being reunited one day, but for now take comfort in knowing that you are with me on every step of the way. I hope I’m making you proud.”
Daniel mentioned his love of margaritas in the message, adding, “I think you’d definitely be proud of my margarita skills. She was the OG margarita mom! As a kid, I used to ask her for a sip of hers and she’d gently say ‘no until be older’.”

“Little did she know that one day I would start my own tequila brand and have way too many margaritas on hand,” he continued, referring to his De-Nada Tequila brand.
“My aunt, @joelyrichardsonsinsta who always makes my day, told me this week that sometimes we forget we’re on a spinning planet,” Daniel wrote.
“Change is inevitable and we must embrace it with open arms. Whether you believe in quantum physics or not, the past, future and present coexist. We are all interconnected here and there through love. The greatest force of life . choose that above all,” he concluded. .

Natasha died on March 18, 2009 from blunt force trauma after falling while skiing on Mont Tremblant in Quebec. She and Liam, 71, also have a son together, Micheál Richardson, 28.
In an interview with February 2023 Rolling stoneLiam said he doesn’t “know how to answer” the question of how he stayed afloat following the death of his late wife.
“Life goes on. Natasha’s mother, Vanessa [Redgrave]and her sister [Joely Richardson] he kind of moved in and I had a wonderful assistant, Joanna,” he told the outlet. “People just came to help, you know? Largely. And I will never, ever forget that.”
