Naveen D. Padil is an Indian actor and theater artist who appears mainly in Tulu films and theater productions. He is best known for his comedic roles in Tulu plays and films. In 2015, he gained recognition for his role as Kotiyaappa and Gundu Mava in Colors Kannada’s Kannada TV comedy show Majaa Talkies.

Navin comes from a poor family and her mother used to be a domestic worker. After completing his studies, Navin started working as a mason and vendor in a hotel to meet the family’s daily expenses. He performed with several Tulu drama clubs including Kala Sangama, Lakumi and Chaparka. Navin has actively participated and performed in various plays and theater productions such as “Dever Dee Leka Apundu”, “Nikulu Matherla Ulleratha”, “Yaanori Baroliya”, “Ardha Nidre”, “Initha Avaste”, “Onji Nimisha”, “Telikeda” Barsolu”, “Oriyardori Asal” and “Orion Toonda Oriyagapuji”.
