Sofia Vergara welcomed 2025 with a glamorous vacation in Paris!
On Thursday, January 2 Modern family The 52-year-old alum shared a series of posts on her Instagram, showing how she spent New Year’s Eve with her family in France and joked that she didn’t want to go home after the trip was over.
In one post, Vergara wrote in her caption in Spanish, “I don’t want to go!!!! 😩😩🇫🇷” alongside some photos of herself wearing a chic black turtleneck and holding a dark red Chanel bag while sitting at a restaurant table.
Another photo taken “on our last night in Paris!!❤️😩😩😩”, as she wrote in the description, showed Griselda the actress and her family and friends — including her son Manolo, film producer Luis Balaguer, makeup artist Anastasia Soare and Soare’s daughter Norvina and several others.
One photo shows the group drinking at a bar, and Vergara can be seen holding a martini in the air while wearing a sexy black dress with a sweetheart neckline and several gold bracelets.
“Last night was amazing! 🥳🥳❤️🇫🇷,” she wrote in a post shared on Wednesday, January 1. The same evening, she shared photos of herself posing with her son, 33, during their dinner date.
“Happy New Years from Paris with my one and only❤️❤️🇫🇷🇫🇷🥳🥳🥳,” Vergara wrote, posing with her arm around Manolo, who was wearing a black double-breasted suit and black tie.
Other photos taken during the vacation showed Vergara wearing various designer outfits to keep her warm during the Parisian winter. One look featured a black faux turtleneck dress, a leather jacket, dangling diamond earrings and a black, glossy Yves Saint Laurent bag slung from the side.
Another of Vergara’s classy holiday looks was wearing an Yves Saint Laurent bag, this time in deep red, paired with a black turtleneck, blue jeans and a long woolen black coat. The actress could be seen wearing several gold rings on each hand. During the trip – which appears to have started on December 27, when she shared a photo of the Pont Alexandre III bridge – she wore her long brown hair down and sported deep purple lips with her glamorous make-up.
Many of the actress’ posts from her glamorous trip also featured some of the French food she enjoyed during the holidays, including a delicious pastry dusted with powdered sugar, a hibachi-style dinner of meat and vegetables, cappuccino and coffee, and a very large croissant.
“Grateful for a challenging 2024,” she wrote in the description of one photo, taken while posing in a black New Year’s dress. “I hope for a happy and healthy 2025❤️❤️. Happy New Year to all my amazing followers. Thank you for your love.”

Vergara also recently spent another vacation abroad, as she celebrated Thanksgiving with the whole family at her vacation home, Casa Chipi Chipi, in her native Colombia.
Among the many photos and videos the actress posted from her trip were photos of her entire group of family and friends — including Manolo, mom Margarita Vergara, sister Veronica and niece Claudia — gathered for Thanksgiving at a beachside table, with cocktails and full plates of the food that was sitting in front of them.
“Thanksgiving Feliz ❤️❤️🦃,” she wrote in the caption, before sharing more videos of herself and friends dancing on the beach next to a campfire as they continued to celebrate late into the night.
