The wife of a famous American musician condemned him on Instagram on Sunday, writing: “I am sad and disgusted.” Although it was the reason Smith ended her eight-year marriage, she accused Ne-Yo of cheating on her with women who sold their bodies to him unsupervised.
What did Crystal think of Ne-You?
Crystal slammed hubby Ne-Yo for infidelity in a post on Instagram. She stated:
“8 years. 8 years of lies and untruths 8 years of naively sharing his life and wife with a bunch of women who sell him their bodies unprotected…every one of them! It would be an understatement to say that I am devastated and disappointed.”
Crystal also asked followers to refrain from sharing her snap of the American musician with other ladies. She continued, saying:
“Wanting to stay and tolerate it is madness.” Narcissist mindset. I will no longer deceive the public or pretend that it is not so. I chose myself, my happiness, my health and my respect. I had three lovely children as a result, but nothing but wasted years and pain. Please stop giving me videos and information about his cheating because I don’t care what he does anymore.”
The wife of the So Sick singer came out all brave and strong, declaring that she is not a victim and that she chooses to stand tall with her head held high. She went on to say,
“If someone can’t love you the way you deserve, it’s your responsibility to love yourself.” Without any malice in my heart, I wish him the best.”

Crystal’s efforts did not end there. She shared various coded phrases on her Instagram stories, one of which said that some women just want a faithful boyfriend, and she is one of them. The couple has been married since 2016 and has three children: Shaffer, 6, Roman, 3, and Isabella, 13 months. Although the couple briefly divorced in 2020, they got back together a few months later. On April 24 of this year, the couple repeated their vows at a grandiose red wedding in Las Vegas. This was right before Crystal revealed her divorce from Ne-Yo. However, the divorce was postponed because the couple decided to give their marriage another chance. Surprisingly, Ne-Yo revealed to a tabloid some time ago that he cheated on Crystal. As a result, Ne-Yo became the target of even more accusations of infidelity.
“I honestly believe that we are better off today than we were before this happened. We’ve learned to really listen to each other, to slow down in the moment and actually determine if the feeling we’re trying to jump to is an emotion that needs to be put into that scenario. These are subjects that require daily effort. It’s not simple.”
On the other hand, Crystal finally spoke. While Ne-Yo has not commented or issued an official statement confirming or denying his wife’s allegations, he did like a post posted by Crystal, which could imply that the couple’s divorce is amicable.
