Looking for a quick read? A new study has identified the fastest viral page-turners, with favorites like Rick Riordan and Kiera Cass topping the list.

Aura Print recently researched which of GoodReads’ most popular books are the fastest and slowest to finish.

Author Sarah J. Maas topped the list of fastest-selling books with her fantasy novel Court of Mist and Fury — another book in it Court of thorns and roses (ACOTAR) series — follows the main character Feyre Archeron as she continues her adventures discovering the world of fairies. The book’s estimated word count was 53,500 and took about 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete, according to Aura Print.

While Maas may have topped the speed-read list with those two books, she also leads the list of slowest books to read with the first book in her bestseller Crescent City series House of earth and blood.
